I was curious to give Lottie’s a try and the starter pack was the perfect first look.
All of the flavors were fantastic. I specifically loved the Calabrian ground sausage. Good ground sausage is hard to find and I really don’t like deconstructing sausage links when a recipe calls for ground sausage.
I used the Calabrian in a pasta recipe and it was super convenient. It had the right amount of seasoning with just-enough kick that was perfect on its own. Will definitely be using Lottie’s again!

I ordered a bunch of Lottie's sausages for a party and my family was raving about them. We used the leftover sausages to makes some of the recipes on the Lottie's site (which are amazing). Highly recommend the Fall Sheet Pan.

My husband and I are essentially addicted to Lottie’s Everyday Sausage. It is so convenient that you can grab it for so many different recipes and at any meal. We love it so much that we had it shipped to us while we were travelling for a few months, it’s just the best!
Lottie’s Everyday sausage is perfectly named because I truly could eat this every day!! I love to put it in pasta or have it as part of a breakfast spread. Highly recommend!!

As a sausage connoisseur, I've tried them all. Lottie's quality is unmatched & made with real ingredients. I have them when I'm grilling, tossing into my pasta, or eating it straight from the pan. I also love that they sustainable source and utilize small-batch production!
I am a breakfast sandwich snob. I am insufferable. Being from NJ, I could have told you the 3 best places within 5 miles to get the best bagel/hard roll breakfast sandwich and I was, and continue to be, extremely opinionated.
This sausage is better than what I got growing up, and it's not close. Grab your favorite bagel (shoutout Rich Spirit), make a sausage patty (or 15) with the Everday Sausage, and fix it how you like it and I promise if you're anything like me, you will rewrite your childhood memories with Lottie's in them instead of whatever you thought was your favorite. Buy 20 of these and thank me later.
I ordered the party pack from Lottie's after having had their sausage from Getright's Bakery in CO, and I could not be happier that I did.
1. Excellent taste & quality, and as versatile as you are. You can cook these as-intended, or cut them up to use in pastas, on pizza or whatever else your brain thinks up. I tried smoking, sauteeing, and grilling, and each preparation was awesome. I'm excited to stock up more and figure out how to keep getting creative.
2. GREAT people and customer service. Chelsey and Cassie were kind, attentive, and high touch, setting expectations for my order early on and hand-delivering after products I ordered came back in-stock. They also pretended to laugh at my jokes, so you know they're tactful and care about their customers.
3. They support other small businesses. As i mentioned, I got them from another small bakery in Colorado. This is a supporting flywheel of small business supporting small business and enriching their communities with quality products. I cannot be more emphatic in my support - give 'em a shot.

I can’t get enough of the Lottie‘s brats!!! You can really taste all of the spices, I especially love the texture of the mustard seeds. The ladies at Lottie’s really know what they’re doing. Can’t wait to try the other flavors :)
I feel like my 3 year old asks for the “big hotdog” on a weekly basis! It’s a favorite in our house and an easy weekend meal.
