Bratwurst with CARROTS, ZA'ATAR vinaigrette & tzatziki

A zesty spin on our signature bratwurst!

Ingredients

Directions:

  • In a sauté pan, add shredded carrots, one pack of LAV za’atar vinaigrette and a splash of water. Cook over medium-heat, stirring occasionally. 
  • Once carrots are tender, add butter to glaze (may need a little more water if butter starts to break). 
  • In a separate saute pan, cook Lottie’s Bratwurst over medium heat, with 1/4 cup water, and cover. After ~ four minutes, turn and cover for two to three more minutes or until water evaporates. Uncover and let each side get a sear. 
  • On either a toasted or steamed bun, drizzle the remaining pack of dressing for the base of your brat. 
  • Place brat on top of dressing and spoon tzatziki on top followed by glazed carrots. 
  • Top with dill and feta to enjoy!
