In a sauté pan, add shredded carrots, one pack of LAV za’atar vinaigrette and a splash of water. Cook over medium-heat, stirring occasionally.
Once carrots are tender, add butter to glaze (may need a little more water if butter starts to break).
In a separate saute pan, cook Lottie’s Bratwurst over medium heat, with 1/4 cup water, and cover. After ~ four minutes, turn and cover for two to three more minutes or until water evaporates. Uncover and let each side get a sear.
On either a toasted or steamed bun, drizzle the remaining pack of dressing for the base of your brat.
Place brat on top of dressing and spoon tzatziki on top followed by glazed carrots.
