    Our signature smoked pork sausage! Really, our version of a “big kid hot dog," if you will, but packed with more flavor, more elegance and more fun!

    Crafted using only whole muscle cuts - pork loin & pork shoulder - and expertly seasoned with nutmeg, paprika, & coriander, the Lottie is smoked to perfection and fully-cooked (making it a convenient, clean & creative addition to any dish)! 

    The Bratwurst:

    Each Lottie's Bratwurst is 3 ounces of fully-cooked snappy goodness - filled with all-natural pork, fresh mustard seeds, ginger and nutmeg. This is a good-for-you ‘wurst that packs the protein, flavor and fun.

    Everyday Ground Pork Sausage:

    A sweet-and-spicy blend made with all natural pork shoulder, finely ground and expertly seasoned with chile flake, sage, thyme and grade A maple syrup. From breakfast sandwiches to lunchtime pizzas to pasta dinners, this sausage is perfectly balanced for every dish, every day.

    LOVE LOTTIES

    The package came very cold which was perfect. I was able to decide which packages to put in the freezer vs in the fridge. I used the Lottie for lunch and a snack, the Calabrian for pasta, and the everyday for breakfast this past weekend! Very versatile pack, will definitely buy again!

    Delicious and High Quality!

    I am absolutely a Lottie’s Sausage convert after tasting this delicious starter pack! I made one of my best meals ever with the Calabrian sausage and am so excited to try other new recipes! You can really taste the difference between this high quality meat and a typical “big” over processed brand. I’m already dreading running out so I will be ordering more soon! It’s also so reassuring to know where the product is coming from. The cherry on top is buying this sausage is supporting a women owned business! Love Lottie’s!!!

    Best way to try out all of Lottie's Meats!!

    I LOVED receiving this starter pack and getting to sample all of the Lottie's Meats products! Both the Lottie and the Bratwurst were perfect for quick weeknight dinners, and then I used the Everything for breakfast sandwiches, and the Calabrian in a delicious pasta. I appreciate how there is a recipes section on the website which gave me some easy inspo too! The flavors were amazing on each product and I felt great after eating them - Lottie's is really high-quality and unlike any sausage I have ever had before. Truly outshines any other sausage product on the market. I will absolutely be re-ordering!! Lottie's for life. :)
