The Lottie:

Really, our version of a “big kid hot dog," if you will, but packed with more flavor, more elegance and more fun. Chef-crafted and made with nutmeg, paprika, coriander and smoked to perfection. 

Ingredients: All Natural Pork Loin & Pork Shoulder, Nutmeg, Paprika, Coriander, Allspice, Milk Powder 

The Bratwurst:

Each Lottie's Bratwurst is 3 ounces of fully-cooked snappy goodness - filled with all-natural pork, fresh mustard seeds, ginger and nutmeg. This is a good-for-you ‘wurst that packs the protein, flavor and fun.

Ingredients: All Natural Pork Shoulder, Ginger, Nutmeg, Mustard Powder, Mustard Seeds, Milk Powder

How To Prep

  • 1. Thaw

    [if needed]
    for best results, allow sausages to thaw in the refrigerator before preparing.

  • 2. HEAT

    cover and sauté on a stovetop with 1/2 inch water or with your favorite beer for ~5 minutes. flip sausage and remove lid. once liquid has evaporated, you will get a nice caramelization (and SNAP) and you are good to go!
    on the grill, all they need is ~8-10 minutes on low heat and voila!

  • 3. SERVE

    our sausages are packed with flavor, demanding to be the star of the show!
    we love to serve with creative toppings on your favorite bun, but they are also great as the main attraction in a power bowl, seasonal soup, on a snackable charcuterie board or on a sheet pan with roasted veggies!

Hands down my FAVE!

As a sausage connoisseur, I've tried them all. Lottie's quality is unmatched & made with real ingredients. I have them when I'm grilling, tossing into my pasta, or eating it straight from the pan. I also love that they sustainable source and utilize small-batch production!

Fantastic Product, Fantastic People

I ordered the party pack from Lottie's after having had their sausage from Getright's Bakery in CO, and I could not be happier that I did.

1. Excellent taste & quality, and as versatile as you are. You can cook these as-intended, or cut them up to use in pastas, on pizza or whatever else your brain thinks up. I tried smoking, sauteeing, and grilling, and each preparation was awesome. I'm excited to stock up more and figure out how to keep getting creative.

2. GREAT people and customer service. Chelsey and Cassie were kind, attentive, and high touch, setting expectations for my order early on and hand-delivering after products I ordered came back in-stock. They also pretended to laugh at my jokes, so you know they're tactful and care about their customers.

3. They support other small businesses. As i mentioned, I got them from another small bakery in Colorado. This is a supporting flywheel of small business supporting small business and enriching their communities with quality products. I cannot be more emphatic in my support - give 'em a shot.

Quit eating super market sausage & try Lottie’s!
