Bratwurst on a Baguette!

Our snappy bratwurst, caramelized onions, and melty raclette cheese, all tucked into a crispy baguette. It's the kind of mid-week lunch indulgence you didn't know you needed.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat Bratwurst in a skillet on med-high heat with ¼ cup water. Cover and let cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove lid and flip.
  • Cook for a few more minutes, allowing both sides to caramelize.
  • Cut the toasted baguette open, lengthwise. Smear mustard on both sides and put caramelized onions on bottom. 
  • Add some baby pickles for extra crunch!
  • Place bratwurst into baguette and cover with cheese (option to toast slightly to melt cheese)!
