March 2025: Happenings
We have officially been on shelves for one whole year!! On March 1st, 2024, we picked up our first two products - the Lottie & Bratwurst - fresh off of the production line, and drove around in Chelsey’s Jeep Cherokee to drop them on the shelves at a handful of local retail partners ♥️ and we were officially in biz❗
And what a year it has been! You can now find us in 100+ places across 12 states, shop us online directly or via BubbleGoods or hang with us at monthly events.

It has been incredibly difficult to scale a perishable product 😅 and grow in the right ways (especially as two worms, bootstrapping and making all the mistakes) but we are so grateful for the opportunity and most importantly, the community behind it…all of YOU.

A Quick Look Back on Feb:
We made the most of this short, cold, chaotic month 😅.
Chelsey took Lottie's on a midwest roadshow to support our launch into Sendik's (Milwaukee) and Foxtrot (Chicago) with store demos, fun product collabs with Ayoh! and meeting new partners!
We collaborated with the gorg Traveling Mercies for a Galentines Day Din and launched into new stores like Lucky's Ft. Collins and Boise Co-Op

And we even had some fun newsworthy moments! 📰
We were nominated for a NEXTY award - a coveted industry stamp of excellence and our story was featured in Voyage Denver. Chef Chelsey's expertise & advice were also featured in fun publications like Chowhound & Food Republic. And lastly, we shared the news of recent Chicago & Milwaukee store launches with StartupCPG Newswire.
March Moments:
CO Friends: Catch us IRL at Cohesion on 3/5 or swing by Cerebral's WFH Breakfast Event on 3/15 to snag some Lottie's with your ticket.
Outside of CO: We are heading to California to kick off some exciting new store launches and then wrapping up the month on the East Coast where we will be exhibiting at the Annual Meat Conference (& we're bringing our mom - the OG Pork Queen).
