We grew up on a 6th generation family hog farm and we know firsthand the power of pork, done right.
Filled with flavor & nutrients (no really: our sausages are nearly 50% less fat than the leading sausage brand), we only use the best cuts - all-natural pork loin and pork shoulder - in our products. And, we have 100% traceability into our supply chain - all of the pork is sourced from our network of family farms (like the one we grew up on)!

We're Chelsey & Cassie, the sisters behind Lottie's Meats - our chef-crafted sausage biz born from the generational family pork farm we grew up on.

From a young age, we’ve blended our complementary strengths (Cassie is still faster but Chelsey is stronger) and passions to build furniture forts, bake sales, lemonade stands, and now, we are merging our careers in business & culinary to bring you, Lottie’s Meats & Provisions.

Lottie’s (a family name), was created to bring chef-crafted, all natural pork products back to the dinner table (and the conversation), in a new & meaningful way. Packed with protein, flavor & fun, Lottie’s isn’t your average sausage brand.
